Biography

Hi! I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in Accounting at Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. I'm on the Accounting Job Market in 2024/25. My research interests lie in private firms and the interplay between corporate banking, transparency, and illicit behavior of firms, managers, and employees. I find the research topics important because private firms rely on bank debt, face limited public scrutiny, and typically have weak corporate governance mechanisms, making them more prone to illicit actions by managers and employees. My work exploits unique and rich data from registries and government authorities as most private firms are small and opaque.
